Monday 8 July 2013: Imperfect Rose
I walked past the garden where the roses that I've been blipping this morning, they were smelling most impressive. I liked this rose as it was bi-coloured and just as I leaned over the wall to sniff it this voice from no where said "they are beautiful this year". At first I couldn't find who said it but then I spotted a lady leaning out of a first floor window above me.
While this isn't the most perfect rose I've ever seen, I do like the colours and the smell was amazing! Work was rather a hollow - a big project I've been working on for months starts to go live this week and the go-live is always stressful nothingness then an anti-climactic nothing.... Project go well and we have a good track record it's just the absence of a splash (while a relief) is a bit of an odd feeling.
