Wicked Winter Day

So cold and bitter as the rain lashed the house and the wind howled. Popped outside for a brief moment and I nearly went flying, just a couple of quick runs and I would've been away soaring through these clouds way above my cabbage tree. Instead I settled for several warm cuppas while I edited photos from my Whakatane trip and generally enjoying the warmth of the house.

No flowers today just clouds and I just heard a rumble of thunder, perhaps some more hail on the way, no, its now sleeting - hope your all having a great Sunday :)

Edit: Just heard there have been blizzard conditions and snow in Oxford which is not very far away from me, no wonder its cold!
