What is it?

Rather unwell for the last couple of days, difficult when working in the heat and humidity of Hong Kong. I managed to catch up with one of my current students, his Mum and sister this morning for a couple of hours then managed to head down see the Hong Kong sky line. Amazing view managed to capture this bird looks like an eagle but if anyone knows what it is I would appreciate an update.
