Cotton Grass

After an intense week of travel and work, it was good to just amble on Friday. Instead of walking round at pace I walked with just enough momentum to carry one foot forward and no more.

Occasionally I just stopped and enjoyed the vista. I do this often but this time was with no desire to find a scene of interest, just to meditate on the scene and bring my scattered energy back to core.

It took me a long time and I passed no-one, but I felt better.
