Malva sylvestris 'Mystic Merlin'

This is another Cottage Garden Seed Bank plant, one which I grew years ago and I love it just for the colour!

A mad day! MrD's motorbike has a funny noise and a man was supposed to come here to fix it. After a number of phone calls from assorted men a different man turned up with a trailer and took the bike away to a bike repairs shop in Chester. This is the beginning of a saga, I think!!

Spent all day in the garden, cutting the wilderness down in the front garden, repotting the pumpkins and planting a few new plants into the border behind the house.

Picked the first cucumber, just a mini one, and had it with salad from the garden.
