That's a view of Odeonsplatz from behind Feldherrnhalle. The yellow church is Theatinerkriche and the loggia in the foreground is Feldherrnhalle. The statue depicts the Johann Tserclaes, Count of Tilly, the most important commanders of the Bavarian army during the Thirty Years' War.
