The Life of Bri

They've never had it so good...

... students, that is.

Had my lunch in Bristo Square today, sitting in my shirtsleeves in the sunshine, watching all the students go by.

In my day, October meant shivering in all the clothes you posessed (including the old school scarf you'd sworn never to wear again) as you scurried between a freezing Appleton Tower and your unheated hovel of a student flat.

These days they get sunshine and warmth and loll about in the square chatting on their mobiles and surfing on their laptops.

Pah.
