This way home...

This is part of my walk to and from my High Street. It's called The Vines, a very small park that is popular on a warm day.
It was quite late so most people had already gone home or into the castle bailey where the orchestra were rehearsing Bizet's Carmen for this evening's Castle Prom. (I could hear it really clearly!) It is an annual event. We have been six years running so we thought we'd have a break this year (as the boys are off early tomorrow).
