My New Challenge....

Can I make Sour Dough Bread, real bread like they did in the good old days before yeast.
This is my month old Sour Dough Starter, kept alive by adding 70 grams of flour and water every day to "Feed" it, my own "Pet", well that is what it feels like, I even took it on holiday.
Once I have some free time then I will have a go now that this is well fermenting.

Today I did some shopping and then went and bought the oil and filter for the car, £38:00 for 5 Lts of oil, wicked, and the filter was not cheap either, £10:00, at least I don't have to pay someone to do the service.
