HDR Handheld

I was on Thalia Point this morning and wanted to get a picture of this Virginia salt marsh mallow in its environment, but the plant was in fairly dense shade. I had been trying handheld HDR and decided to give it a try here. This is composed of five images, + 1.4, .+7, 0, -.7, -1.4. The lens was zoomed to 18mm. The flower was about 1.5 feet away. Unfortunately, f11 wasn't enough to get focus to infinity. The images were processed in NIK HDR Efex Pro 4. Although the image could be better, I was surprised at how ell it did turn out.
