Sapporo Sheep!

Last day for Luke in Hokkaido (I am staying on for a month to work on a berry farm!), so we toured Sapporo - the iconic clocktower, the university, 90m olympic ski jump, government building, and...sheep!

We hadn't seen sheep for almost a year, and so were actually quite looking forward to seeing them. But I thought that this place was bizarre! You had to pay to go to an observation point, where there were about fifteen dirty brown sheep cropping the grass. Lots of people were taking pictures, and looked pretty excited to see them. Coming from sheep-strewn Scotland, I wasn't sure what to think!
