Car testing

This is the car testing centre. Today was the turn of Karen's car. The process is; get insurance, send the car into to the testing centre, watch while the tests are carried out, collect car at the other end. When it passes, go next door and pay the fees for another year. Failure to follow this process comes with a fine of AED10 (USD 3) per month...big deal

That's another thing out of the way. I was in Abu Dhabi today, up the tower. The views were spectacular, but I forgot my camera, so this boring shot instead.
