Give us this day our twice daily tide...

...we are so lucky to have tides - the chance for the beach to be washed clean twice a day and the variety it brings to our beachy visits.

This is our special swimming beach and not visited by tourists, being off the coastal path and quite a walk to get to.

The figures on the beach are friends from Devon, originally from Pembs who are staying for a week. One of the youngsters couldn't resist and joined Sara and me for a dip.
