Wednesday 22 July 2009: Eclipse????
I think not. I travelled 1400km from Shenyang to Shanghai to get pictures of the total eclipse this morning and it ended up being a bust.. hehehe. It was really cloudy. Everywhere, people were gathered to watch and we saw NOTHINGGGGG. I am on a plane back to Shenyang in a few hours because I have to teach tonight so it will be a long day. The trip (as with any travel) was worth it. I love to travel.
The best I could do for the day was this pic of some guys from the ambulance station behind the hotel playing basketball. I liked the action in this one.. which was MUCH MUCH more action that I got from the eclipse.
As me old mum used to say.. The best laid plans of mice and men..
