Dilapidated Gate

It's about time for some Blue Mountain's scenery, then.

We had to go to Lithgow today. The route takes me past the turn off for Cox's River Road. A little way along there, you get this great look back to the Blue Mountains Escarpment.

For photographic purposes I love dilapidation and decay. This unmaintained gate and fence looked to be in a suitably appalling condition. I thought it might make an interesting foreground.
