It's Rubbish

Tuesdays in Bakewell are rubbish collection days and we've now gone to a fortnightly collection for household waste with the proverbial 'slop bucket' being collected every week.
These bags on Church Alley have gone uncollected and it's causing some concern amongst the locals as well it should do.
One resident even went to the trouble of putting on her rubber gloves and rebagging it lately as an animal (description unknown) had tore open a bag to get at some food waste and it was spilling out onto the street.
We're not sure why they've gone unnoticed but they have and it's 'not very Bakewell!'
Interestingly they are placed next to a sign saying residents parking which means that traffic wardens patrol this area, extremely efficiently!
Maybe it would be an idea to get them to police the rubbish?
