Nettles

We have had showers throughout the day, so it has been difficult to get out and do any work around the garden.

During a short break in the weather I managed to take a few shots of some nettles we have in the garden. These are left for the butterflies to enjoy. I love the shapes and texture of the green leaves from this close-up shot.
