Maiden Launch

This is Sweetie, the boat my dear boatbuilder husband has been making me for two years! She is his 3rd boat, his first rowboat, and first with me in mind, as I have been longing to get into the banks and shorelines of grasses and all that goes with that space between water and land. With a camera!

We rowed her home from the launch site and she moves nicely even in kind of rough jouncy water. And don't you love the colors - my picks!
