I was nosing around The Age Exchange at the centre of Blackheath Village when I was visiting family. This lady struck up a conversation with me about the place. We spoke about my visiting Blackheath for the first time in years and my astonishment at houseprices (effectively £2 million for an average-sized family home!). She said she had one of those homes and might sell up and go on a world cruise. "I'll bet you didn't think you'd be photographing a 90 year old", she said.
