Tuesday 28 July 2009: Beautiful China
My vacation is moving along well. I am in a city called Zhang Jia Kou. After last night's CHINA'S FIRST EVER blipmeet, I jumped on a train this morning and headed west. I will try to go out and get some pictures of the grasslands tomorrow but the weather isn't looking good and no one in this hotel speaks a lick of English so I will battle on and see what happens.
THis was one of the many [ics I took inside and outside of the train on the trip today. The Chinese countryside is mostly agriculture and beautiful scenery. Unfortunately the train windows were dirty so I couldn't get a clear shot. But I enjoyed the trip very much.
Tomorrow is my 600th Blip.. So I had better get something good..
