Under fives clinic

The Mzuzu Health Centre do a clinic for under fives one day a month. This is our community clinic and we generally provide transport.

Alepher gets a chance to meet parents and children to have little chats. She also visits others in the locality to check on them as well.

Project: Visiting Lusangazi Farm, Clinic and Fortune Kaunda.

Seventy nine Women and Babyies.
Purpose: Assessing Progress.

Assessment:> Fortune was Admitted with V.S Phneumonia and now has been discharged he is at home.
> He was discharged on 14th August2013.
> Since going to SJOG he is able to crawl well.
> Stand while leaning to the wall and hold his head.
> He is able ta talk well and remember relatives names.
> He is sitting on his own and supported by a chair.
> There was under five clinic at the Lusangazi.
> Lilian requested for more Paracetamol.
> Casca talk on women about the development of Extending Lusangazi Clinic.
> Lilian told us that have started CBO.
> Chrissy is still in Hospital in Central where she moved from St Johns.
> Lusangazi farm today they were making basins in the orchard.
> Robert went to see Chrissy in Hospital.
> Benedicto was planning to town to sell Orange and Tangerines and he goes some days.
Analysis: We will continue to monitor both in farm and Fortune Kaunda.
W4Z : Casca and Alepher visited Farm and Fortune to monitor the progress.
Alepher Examined Fortune and gave health education.
W4Z referred Fortune to SJOG to be helped with Physiotherapy and Nutritional clinic.
W4Z provides food like Rice, eggs and Transport to go to SJOG.
Fortune is been monitored by w4z workers.
Planning: Will provide paracetamol tablets to Lusangazi Clinic ( Lilian).
Will continue Lusangazi Clinic and Fortune.
Progress: There is a Remarkable Improvement.
