SPOTTED IN A STREET IN OSLO #62 - DIVERSITY

Not sure who made this one, but it has a political edge to it and have got some reaction. (Good that street art can make people stop and think!)

The traditional Norwegian way to celebrate our national day is to let the children go in parade with norwegian flags. With the ethnic diversity there has been a debate if children can have their home country flag in the parade. Most people doesn't mind, some few people on the right wing doesn't like it. The street artist has painted the politician gelling at the parade and she got offended.

My message to her will be: Don't worry, be happy on our national day and let the children celebrate with norwegian and all other flags :-) Hurray for ethnic diversity!
