Twin Town

I'm ahamed to say I've never noticed this before. If you enter the St John Centre in Perth, from the High Street side, then look up, this plaque is on the wall above you. All these years and today is the first day I've seen it!!

Aschaffenburg is one of Perth's twin towns and I know from friends that a fairly close relationship has been built up over the years, so maybe it works better than some others. At least this is a fairly restrained civic offering.
