Busy bee on a bean

We have a lot of bees in our garden at the moment. Their favourite is the lavender, but here is another Runner Bean picture.

I believe this little brown job is a Carder Bee (Bombus pascuorum).

We also have Red-tailed Bumblebees bees, White-tailed Bumblebees and the occasional Honeybee. Last year our tit box was colonised by Tree Bumblebees. But they moved out again in the autumn and haven't been back.
