Who's sitting in my corner?

On my way home from the doctors, I passed Free Radio's children's ingenious idea, The Mander Centre Beach, which is situated on the ground level of the main shopping centre in Wolves. I wandered by after it closed for the day, but spotted this bright, little froggy chair abandoned in the corner. Where can I get an adult one?
