Prep

The courgettes are getting to be marrow-sized so the biggest is going into a ratatouille today. Just letting it and a couple if aubergines rest for a while before the chop & pot.

Haven't got much planned today, just a trip up to see how my mum's doing and that's about it. Maybe make it to the pictures tonight though, there are a few films we fancied seeing that must be reaching the end of their run by now. We'll see!
