Trailing things at night

It's emergency blip time! These are some trailing thingies in a hanging basket on the patio.

Frustratingly, there were some wonderful vistas as I came along the Surrey stretch of the M25 this morning, with misty hills and sunlit golden fields. However they discourage one stopping to take photos, especially in 40 to 50 mph traffic jams.
