What a difference a day makes :-)
It was a much better day at work today. I'd rather not have a repeat of yesterday. All my staff were put on edge as head office had sent in mystery shoppers into most of the branches and the results weren't looking good.
It appears that our worries may have been unfounded, as our branch appears to be one of the few that didn't have a mystery shopper sent into it ...I hope!
Stopped off at the harbour for a quick walk round and this little image caught my eye :-)
