The day oscillated between warm sunshine and a cool breeze, as we approach the end of summer.

My One Tree still has a full canopy of leaves, but they were sounding scratchy and brittle as I walked beneath. Being a sycamore, the green leaves have now been colonised by the dreaded black spot, and it won't belong before they start their annual exodus.
