The Dream Den...

This is the den I built for the kids at the weekend whilst I scooted up to Dundee for the day. Bethany chistened it the dream den. It's built out of the cuttings from a couple of trees that were needing work.

One tree was just getting a bit to big and was encroaching on my neighbours garden. Didn't really like it where it was anyway so it may be a prelude to digging it up. The rest of the roof here was taken from our Japanese Acer which was just becoming unkempt. I've been wanting to give it a bit of a bonsai style pruning to give it a bit better definition and shape and open it up underneath. Rather chuffed with how it turned out.
