Impromptu feedback

Poor old Barratt homes: their brand is synonymous with bland, boxy houses, but they still make huge profits - what does that say about British architectural taste?

Yesterday I read about a man in the USA who had a bad experience with British Airways. He simply paid the going rate (allegedly under $1000) to have his moaning Tweet promoted on Twitter - and it was sent to millions of consumers. You can bet your ass that BA sorted out his gripe in a nano-second! With Facebook, Twitter, on-line forums and large roadside ads in Edinburgh it's never been easier to make your feelings known.
