Another Day, Another Pet Stroller

What are the chances of encountering this scene right after yesterday's blip?

This dog had the most unusual bark--it sounded like a frog croaking, or a child with an annoying noisemaker. I looked around for the source for awhile before I realized it was the dog. Unlike Rhubarb, doggie sat patiently enough in his conveyance as his person made her way around the Farmers' Market.
