A lovely sunny day for my darling girls birthday...a long bike ride...a trip to the river and a Lovely Japanese nosh to end off the day.

I am sorry I didn't get around to your journals last night..it was so late by the time I posted but thank you to those who stopped by to say hello to that lovely Polar Bear............to me he was just the bomb. I'm still buzzing from seeing the dolphins who were so beautiful they brought a tear to my eye.

I have been a seeker and still am, but I stopped asking books and the stars. I started listening to the teaching of my soul.
