I have been carrying this around on my person for, well Lord knows how long.
How utterly disgusting.
I should wear my glasses a lot more often.

I happened to be looking at my watch strap today. It's the stretch band type. I stretched it's links and then was horrified to see a mass of grot in each link!!!!! I got a needle and poked out all this matter that you witness in the picture. UUgh Judge me not please.
