Riding of the Marches, Edinburgh Royal Mile

Back to the capital for today's blip - The Riding of the Marches this afternoon on the Royal Mile. Had to bribe my young assistant with ice cream from Mimi's to get him to come along. It was good - a mixture of Luca's ice cream and mint aero cake for him, and caramel cake for me.

Unfortunately big camera was low on battery as I'd forgotten to unplug it after uploading pics yesterday, so I'd to make do with son's wee Lumix.
