Busy Bee

The bees were out in force this morning, and this one was working hard. I admit to feeling a little disappointed with this macro image after seeing what can be achieved with the lenses of the "big boys". However, I can't see myself lugging about those big cameras and all the extra paraphenalia, especially when I am still at the stage of pointing and shooting-- I have an awful lot to learn.
The early morning cycle run today afforded a pretty sunrise over North Berwick Law and East Lothian, BUT of course I only had my I-Phone with me and the resulting image was pants, to coin modern terminology, so the bees won the day.
