It never rains...

... but sometimes the water comes through the living room ceiling!

At first we just thought number one son had spilt something, but we fairly quickly realised that even he couldn't spill his drink onto the ceiling (Weetabix yes, water, no). Having taken the bathroom apart, we've found out that the seal around the bath is a bit knackered and the power shower is winning at the moment, so the chipboard under the bath is a bit soggy and dripping onto the ceiling below.

It could have been worse. When we ripped out the old bathroom, it was much worse - a hole under the bath big enough to stick your head through, requiring a new floor. This is fixable - just need to do it before we move out and we rent it!!
