Bramble Picking Again

The bramble jelly has been very popular so I realised I would need to make some more.

We took some bags with us on our morning dog walk hoping to find more ripe brambles. Didn't need to go far. They are large and juicy making for a great crop this year. Managed to pick another 2lb.

We met a friend who suggested we make bramble wine with them but I think I will stick with the jelly.
