Not an anticlimax

Apologies for (a) not making a single comment on my Wolf Blip, and (b) for blipping a day late.

For one reason or another our plans were changed rather hurriedly, and we were without internet connection for 48 hours.

But we are back on line again now (obviously).

The day after the wolf sanctuary could easily have been an anticlimax, but the weather was so gorgeous, and we got on the road really early, so were able to make a minor detour and visit El Morro, a national monument made famous by its rather remarkable 16th Century graffiti. When the Spanish explorers first came through, this place was an oasis with plentiful water.

I saw some lovely little water bugs skating across the water, and this was one of them. I could have blipped the manic caterpillars, or the cute baby lizard, but I kind of liked this image with the reflections.
