Pumpkin pyramid!

Couldn't believe it when I saw these in Tesco today! Don't ever be fooled into thinking you actually need a pumpkin to make pumpkin pie - using this tinned pumpkin puree is the only way to do it and I hadn't seen any on sale here in years.

As you can see, I bought a few - at least three pies' worth. That should shake things up in the staff room when I'm on placement!
