Perfect day

We have all had a fantastic day today. Alex and Laurie went up to the North Yorkshire moors Railway to take part in the family volunteering weekend. They spent the day cleaning up a steam engine and Alex says it was the best day of his life. They should be going again tomorrow provided the rain isn't too bad.
Heather and I had a brilliant girlie day at home. We had a nice lie in until half 8 (the boys had to get up at 6) and then a leisurely breakfast. We took Louie for a walk and then did some decopatch. We are both now officially addicted to decopatch and are planning many more projects in the future. This afternoon we sat and watched dispicable me which was very funny. After tea we had another walk with Louie. I think we'll all sleep well tonight!
