A day of sporting exhaustion - cricket trials, parents vs sons soccer match (mothers slaughtered, fathers repaired their honour), footy kick around in the backyard. Eventually collapsed with Shadow and a couple of rounds of The Why Factor (his favourite BBC podcast)
