Royal Adelaide Show

It happens every year, but we negotiated with Hanna 4 years ago that we will go every two years, to keep sane. Today there were 17,000 visitors and we spent 5 (!!!) hours walking in that crowd, queuing to the rides, having lunch, buying drinks and finally buying the marvelous show bags full of rubbish quality merchandise that could be bought for a fraction of the price elsewhere. I think the girls had fun and we, the parents, tried not to look too martyr-like.
