Cloud watcher's delight

The sunset this evening was glorious. So many different cloud formations; different colours, shapes, heights and distance away. Of the photos gained, I chose this one at about half way through the sun sliding below the horizon. Especially cloud lovers will enjoy this large.

The first session at the conference this morning was on the use of the internet to provide (mainly) cognitive therapy for adults, and also for adolescents (the second of the two presenters). Most of the studies have been done with people who are symptomatic, but in New Zealand would not be seen as ill enough for publicly funded care; especially CBT. The NZ produced game-based treatment programme for adolescents (SPARX) won an award as one of the 10 best innovative programmes of the year in 2012.

It looked really enticing and positive. I thought that the best bit was the guide, and it was interesting to note that was also the feedback of the adolescents who have tried it.
