Gladiolus papilio

A hardy species from South Africa.

Lots of beans to freeze, and peas, and a bumper harvest of apples to deal with, blackberries...
There are still grapes in the tunnel, and tomatoes..

But it's cold, we seem plunged abruptly into autumn. I'm not really ready for that ....
