Another juice pulp recipe: bread

The other half and I have been life-long breadies, so switching to the GAPS/paleo life-style has been quite the switch for us. Fortunately for us, bread has made it's way back into the diet with a little juice pulp, nut flour and imagination. This recipe I posted from the Milk From The Morning Cake blog tastes very similar to a more classic zucchini bread, which I find to be pretty awesome. It's also been a great recipe to experiment with; using the seasonings from the Juice Pulp Chips recipe makes for a much more savory, italian-like bread that when toasted just melts in the mouth! Time for another blog post!
