Drawing In

The nights are fair drawing in! And here's my little boat drawing in to St George's Wharf, Vauxhall, on the Thames this evening, about centre of the picture in front of the Battersea Power Station.

Up and down the river again today to attend meetings in various offices. The boats, combined with my little bike, were once again the best way to get around.

I had an idea for a photo which I tried a few times and failed at, so maybe tomorrow. When the boats pull in, the crew have to rope on to a bollard on the pier and I'd like to get the rope flying through the air. I had a perfect opportunity at Bankside and fluffed it when I accidentally pressed the timer button. Doh!
