Prosciutto con Funghi

Baked in a wood-fired oven, eaten next to a wood-burning stove.

Today was the first at work since Fred was born. Working as I am for an Italian-owned company, there could be no other meal for tonight. (OK that might be a poor excuse) :-)

Sorry for the lack of commenting yesterday back to normal today.
