Aster 'Carnival'

A dry bright morning cool enough to work in the tunnel comfortably. I sowed carrots and some winter salads, and fed the tomatoes, cucumbers and peppers which are all still going strong.
Later I started pruning the climbers on the rose fence. A time consuming and prickly job. I was glad when a friend called round for coffee.
This evening the mist and drizzle have come in.
