One last ride home...

Scruffy, our Yorkshire Terrier has made numerous appearances on blip. Usually the image involved him waiting for his ride home from the groomer, or perhaps a visit to the vet.

At 14 years of age, he outlived all of his litter mates. The vet recently discovered a fatty tumor around his stomach area, and he went downhill very fast in the last month or so.

In one last cameo appearance, here he is, patiently waiting on the bench in front of the vet's office, for his final ride home, in a beautifully gift wrapped rose wood box.

Scruffy lived a wonderful life. He was a great little dog. Rest in peace buddy.
